Today we celebrated Ty and Maddie's 2nd birthday with some friends and family members. Mimi graciously let us host the fish themed party at her house. The party was very simple...open presents, eat tacos in a bag, and have cake. Maddie opened all her gifts, and Ty didn't even open one. Chris had to open all his gifts because he was too busy socializing. We are all excited to play with the new toys and ready for summer to be here so they can wear the new clothes. Each child in attendance received a gold fish as their party gift!! Next week we will travel to Wilmington to have the second birthday party with my side of the family.
*At the end of the night I wanted a family pic. Nobody was real excited about it, but fortunately they cooperated. Notice that Ty is holding up a finger on each hand to show that he is now TWO!
