Logan's Soccer Game
Carson and Ty playing Peek-a-Boo.
Carson hanging out with his mommy.
Jason trying to help Ty get something to drink. We don't think Ty got any milk out, but Jason said he did.
Haley reading Maddie a book. Maddie loves books!
Ma and Ty having a good time.
Maddie trying out Carson's chair.
Maddie thinking about kicking the ball.
The twins and I made a quick trip to Wilmington Saturday morning to see Logan play soccer. Logan put on quite a show for us. He scored two goals! Last fall I did not get to see Logan play (you can only imagine why!) so I was really impressed with his improvement. He even refrained from visiting with the crowd during his game. However, the pictures only show what was happening on the sidelines.

Rolling Ridge Ranch

Ty watching the donkey.
The donkey taking a closer look at Ty's cast.
Our wagon was being followed by a donkey.....a very large donkey.
Ty enjoying his ride on the wagon.
Ty and Daddy hanging out.
Maddie wondering why the Elk is so close to us. I might be wondering that, too!
Once again the deer found us.
Maddie making herself comfy on the wagon.
Maddie and the African antelope having a stare down.
Ty and Daddy feeding a llama.
As one of our final "field trips" of the summer of 2009, we traveled to the heart of Amish Country to the Rolling Ridge Ranch. Wow, this might have been one of our best trips of the summer. The four of us piled onto a wagon pulled by two horses, Bob and Butch. On our wagon ride we each had a bucket of food that we used to feed all the different animals. Some animals ate directly from our bucket while others we had to put the food on the wagon floor. It was quiet an experience and Maddie and Ty had a wonderful time.

Muskingum County Fair
Maddie and Ty traveling around the fairgrounds.
Rabbits....
Chickens...
Pigs..
We went to the fair to see Jacob show his sheep. Of course, we got there too late and missed him. However, he did earn 2nd place. Then we toured all the animal barns. Ty liked seeing all the animals up close and personal. Maddie acted like she wanted to see the animals up close, but when she got down she changed her mind!
