Carson's Birthday

After church, we got pizza and went to Ma's. Then Carson got to open some presents!
He got a remote control truck from Ma and Pa!
Maddie and Ty got him some Beyblades.
Ty liked the truck!
We sang "Happy Birthday" again!
The kids had ice cream cones instead of cupcakes.

Bounce U Birthday

Carson had his 6th birthday party at Boucne U! It was a blast....I'll let the pictures prove it!

Children's Choir

Since we were home this weekend for Carson's birthday party, we went to Ma and Pa's church. During Sunday School, the Children Choir practiced a song they would sing during the church service. Maddie and Ty agreed to sing too! However, Maddie just sang. Ty had no interest in singing once he got a special snack at the Children's Sermon. He couldn't wait to eat it!
Pretty impressive that Maddie is reading music! ha ha
Logan, Carson and Maddie look so angelic there. I won't ruin it by telling how Maddie broke out her cheerleading moves and the crab walk during the Children's Sermon!

Cheerleading Clinic

Maddie wanted to go to the cheerleading clinic again this year. You are suppose to be in kindergarten to go, but Coach Kelly lets Maddie go!My how a year makes a difference! Last year, I had to stand beside Maddie the entire time and do the chants and dance with her. This year I just sat back and watched (actually I did my school work!).
Of course, she was in Brooke's group!

Sam was my student in third and fourth grade!
*Stay tuned....Maddie will be cheering at Saturday's game!

**Chris is still having a hard time swallowing Maddie's obsession with cheerleading.
Chris was describing a conversation he had with a teacher at school to me at the dinner table.
Chris: Lori and I were talking at school about the Zanesville game. She said that Maddie was doing a lot of cheers and that she is really good with her moves for being only three. I told her it was too bad that when she turned 5 she was going to have to give it up to concentrate on playing basketball.
Maddie: No Daddy, I am a cheerleader player not a basketball player!

Ball Games

Just about every Tuesday and Friday night we are at a basketball game. Ty and Maddie love to go. I am proud of them because they actually watch the game now!Ty loves his Daddy. Some nights Ty needs to see Daddy before the varsity game is over. However, when I pull him away, he cries!
Maddie wears her cheerleading outfit to EVERY game! She loves it! Thanks Ma!
Words cannot describe Maddie's cheerleading at games. She cheers constantly! If she is not cheering, she is dancing.
It's exhaustings so sometimes she has to take a break.
Ty watching some of the Maysville game with BB.
Hands on hips....ready for the next cheer.
Ty trying to inch his way down to the bench.
I took this picture so I had proof that I feed Maddie and Ty healthy snacks at the game! Chris just thinks they eat suckers and candy all night long!

Interesting

All I can really say is interesting.....Maddie and Ty are wearing underwear as hats!

Dirty Faces

The menu for dinner with the Brownriggs included baked ziti and chocolate chip covered Oreos (both are new recipes from my new favorite site - pinterest!). It was messy!

January Birthdays

Aunt Kim's birthday was the 13th and Chris' was the 14th so we celebrated them together with lots of friends and family.
Tony and Chris
Aunt Kim turned 5o! She was decked out in over the hill stuff!
(I forgot to turn the pic, sorry!)
