New Year's Eve

We had New Year's Eve dinner at the Brownrigg's. It was our last dinner of the year!

Ty crawling up the steps one last time in 2010.

I got one last snuggle time with Maddie for the year.

Ty...Scary Bear

Double Trouble

I have to admit...Tiff and I spent some time on the computer. We were on her Facebook page catching up with friends and then looking for boy names for Baby Brownrigg arriving April 7.

Tiff and the twins

Ty on Braxton's new scooter

Maddie and Braxton tried to roller skate.

It was a lot of work to keep them upright!

Daddy with the crew in 2010

Nate with the crew one last time in 2010

It was a perfect way to spend the evening....eating, playing, watching football, and chatting with friends. Can't wait to see what 2011 brings!

The Donut Shop

I have heard stories from Ma and BB that Ty is very popular at the donut shop; therefore, I had to go to see for myself.

This is how Maddie eats a donut....picks off the icing and eats it. She never took a bit of the actual donut.

As soon as Ty walked in the shop, the lady behind the counter yelled, "Hi Ty!"

Ty walked right up to the counter, pointed to what he wanted, and went down to find his stool.

Maddie wanted Braxton, Tiff, and Nate to come too...so they did (no one can turn down a Donald's Donut!).

Great Wolf Lodge

Late Christmas afternoon, Ma and Pa, the Meyers family, and us went to the Great Wolf Lodge.

We all went swimming for a few hours and then had dinner. After dinner we had a few minutes to spare before viewing an animated show. Logan and Chris played a game of checkers.

Carson and Maddie picked on each other.

Ty with two of his biggest fans....Aunt Tracey and Ma.

Jason and Chris kept up with the outside world!

I didn't manage to take any pictures when we were swimming but snapped a few in the room.

Thanks Ma and Pa for another wonderful Christmas vacation!

Three Stooges

The three cousins were sitting on the couch so I tried to capture a cute picture. As you can see, it didn't quite turn out how I planned, but still pretty cute! It is like you can see their different personalities in each picture.

Christmas on Denny Road

It was finally time to open gifts with Ma, Pa and the Meyers family.
Maddie loved her Hello Kitty underwear.
Look at all the gifts....the kids were in heaven.
Ty throwing away some trash.
Maddie opening her big gift from Ma and Pa....
a Barbie bike!

Ty wasted no time to write his thank you notes.
Ma got Ty a helmet too knowing that if Maddie had one he would have to have one too. Hopefully, Ty will be tall enough to get a bike for his birthday.

Christmas with the Aunts

Christmas afternoon, Aunt Rachel, Aunt Ellen, Aunt Margie and their families came to Ma and Pa's to exchange gifts.

Logan with an interesting look on his face.

Maddie showing Daddy her OSU cup, bowl, plate, and silverwear.

Maddie modeling some of her dress up accessories.

Carson got an umbrella.

Maddie in her princess sleeping bag.

Carson and Maddie trying out the new hula hoops.

Then Daddy and Uncle Jason tried to show everyone how it was suppose to be done. However, they were not very good at it!

Christmas on Garden Road

Ty and Maddie were super excited to see that Santa had come while they were sleeping. He left them a note thanking them for the cookies and milk and also for the snacks for Rudolph and the gang. Santa organized the gifts under the tree. All Ty's gitfs were piled together and wrapped in Winnie the Pooh paper while Maddie's were wrapped in princess paper.

Ty was pleased that he got a candy cane in his stocking!

Maddie was in a zone when she was opening her gifts.

Ty standing on a present to open another present.

Maddie got a Backyardigans t-shirt that she had to put on right away and has worn every day since (sometimes clean, sometimes dirty).

Since Ty loves to drive, he got his own car!

After opening presents........the family room was a disaster!

We left the mess and headed to Wilmington. Chris was in charge of cleaning the mess when he returned on Sunday. He did an excellent job. The kids and I stayed at my parents until Tuesday.
