Terrace Shore Trick or Treat

The final Halloween event...trick or treating with Ella and Gray.Ella was the cutest cupcake ever!
And Gray was the cutest monster ever!
Miss Marsha spoiled the kids as usual...special treat bags and glow bracelets.

John taking in the night's events. He even was going to come rescue us when a storm was brewing. Luckily, we made it back without getting wet.
Loading up with candy
Gray getting some good candy. I have no idea how much candy Gray and Ty ate. We decided to keep the boys happy by letting them have as much candy as they wanted!
I hope Maddie and Ella are always great friends! They are so much fun to be around. They both love to people watch (they had to know what everyone's costume was) and interview each person passing out treats.

Trick or Treat at Mimi and Papa's

On Sunday afternoon Ty and Maddie went trick-or-treating with Emma and Maya around Mimi and Papa's neighborhood.
Emma helped Maddie.

And Maya helped Ty.

Ty wanted to walk, hold his basket and his club.

Boo at the Zoo 2011

After soccer we headed to Columbus for Boo at the Zoo.Pebbles and Bam Bam collecting their candy.
It was cold, rainy, and crowded.
Maddie and Ty wanted to eat every piece of candy they received!

The Arctic Fox was eating a pumpkin.
The brown bear was snoozing.
The goats were eating pumpkins too.
Maddie wanted to brush the goats. Ty did not.

Fieldhouse Soccer

Since Maddie and Ty are now 3, they can play soccer at the Fieldhouse.During the first 45 minutes the parents work with the kids on a few skills.
We worked on "squishing the bug" to stop the ball.
No, Ty is not wearing a dress....it's a t-shirt.
Today's other skill was kicking the ball with the inside of your foot.
Ty was pumped up to play soccer today. However, when we were suppose to be working on the skill, Ty decided to just run. He was on the loose a lot!
The last 15 minutes the kids played a little game. Maddie kicked the ball right away. Then never touched it again. She said she was scared. Ty didn't want to play in the game. He wanted to play on the other black team that Ryan was on. As I was watching Maddie, he ran over to the other side where Ryan was playing!

We've Been Boo'ed

A special package arrived on our front porch this afternoon.
Maddie and Ty were "boo'ed".

This special box was filled with all kinds of good stuff!

Ty and Maddie loved it!

Molly and Maddie

Molly stayed with us a few nights while Aunt Kim was at a wedding. Maddie and Molly liked snuggling with each other.

Halloween Gifts

Ma came to visit for a few days this week. She needed a "twin fix." Ma brought Ty and Maddie a Halloween surprise.Ty opening his John Deere tractors.
Maddie tearing into her presents.

Maddie got finger nail polish, lip gloss, press-on nails, etc.

Ty wanted to eat his basketball sucker.

Stickers

Ty went Krogering with Chris and got a few stickers. When he got home he put them on his face and Chris and I thought it was kind of funny. Then, two days later one of my students brought goodie bags in for Halloween. She passed them out and they were loaded with candy and stickers. The next thing I know one my students had the stickers stuck all over his face! So is my 3 year old acting like a fourth grader or is my fourth grader acting like a 3 year old???

Eye Patch

Ty has to wear his eye patch every day for a few hours to strengthen his lazy eye. Maddie is such a supportive sister (or doesn't want to be left out of anything!) so she wears a patch too.
