Girls Night

We had another Girls Night! Barb volunteered her house to hang out, we ordered pizza, and the dress code was sweats.

As usual, it was a fun night! I am blessed to have such great friends. Also, thank you dads for taking care of all the toddlers so we can get together. We always plan our nights so we don't have to cut up anyone's dinner and we can stay out past bed time so we get a night off from brushing teeth and tucking the kids in.

Drawing

Maddie and Ty were drawing so I decided to get out my book that I am reading for a book study at school. I thought I could get some reading done while they were drawing.

They were like a magnet to my book. Maddie had to write in my book! I guess I am going to have to continue to do my work after they go to bed.

Maddie got all ready to go to Braxton's. She even packed her bag.

OSU Basketball

Chris and I had a date night. We went to the Ohio State vs Northwestern basketball game.

Christmas Vacation

Ma and Pa started a Christmas tradition about four years ago by taking us all on a trip around Christmas. This year we went to Columbus since Chris had basketball every day and Jason started a new job recently and didn't have much time off. Maddie and Ty look forward to this "vacation" as they call it every year! They love spending time with Logan and Carson. Maddie says Carson is not her cousin, he is her friend. Ma and Pa always take good care of us and make sure we have a great time. Thanks Ma and Pa!

SkyZone

Tuesday morning we had reservations at SkyZone!Maddie and Ty had to jump in the toddler zone. This did not go over well with Ty. He wanted to jump with the "big boys" and was not happy when I had to drag him out of that section to the toddler section.

I am not sure if they are spying again or trying to figure out a way to get to the other side!

COSI

Monday we went to COSI. We were surprised and happy to discover that very few people decided to spend the day after Christmas there!First, Maddie and Ty explored the Dora exhibit. They loved it even though they do not watch the show.

After seeing a show about Christmas lights, we went to our favorite spot....Kidspace!
